IMTM is a prominent research institution in Montenegro, dedicated to advancing digitalization and innovation. With substantial experience in managing international and national projects, we focus on youth empowerment, education modernization, sustainable development, green economy initiatives, and support for people with disabilities. As a registered innovation institution, IMTM develops cutting-edge ICT solutions aligned with Industry 4.0 standards, integrating technologies like AI and IoT while ensuring data security.

In this project, IMTM will participate in the creation of the DR Steering Committee and Advisory groups, representing Montenegro's needs. IMTM will lead the modeling, development, and evaluation of ICT solutions, coordinating platforms for sharing lessons learned (SHARED), best practices (Climate City Contract), and the European Mission Observatory (EMO), ensuring effective communication through a centralized website. Additionally, IMTM will actively participate in training events and collaborate with national stakeholders, using publications to enhance awareness of climate-oriented EU Missions in Montenegrin society.
