RESIST is a Horizon Europe project aimed at enhancing the adaptive capacity of twelve climate-vulnerable EU regions by piloting over 100 climate change adaptation innovations and transferring knowledge to eight additional twinning regions. Using quintuple helix partnerships—linking academia, business, government, civil society, and the environment—the project promotes participatory approaches to regional resilience and climate adaptation across Europe.

To accelerate regional adaptation to climate change by demonstrating scalable, resilient innovations; to transfer these solutions to twinning regions; and to engage 22 million citizens in shaping regional climate adaptation pathways in line with EU Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change goals.
