The Regional Adaptation Support Tool (RAST) assists local and regional authorities in developing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and updating climate change adaptation strategies and plans. It offers practical guidance through six steps aligned with key features of climate adaptation policy processes. This flexible and iterative tool accommodates various stages of policy-making and unique local contexts, providing relevant guidance and resources, including data providers, examples, and tools from the EU Mission on Adaptation, Climate-ADAPT, and other partners across the European Union.
