| Expertise | As a supplier of water services, Međimurje waters are focused on the further development of water and municipal infrastructure, primarily by building drainage and wastewater treatment systems in areas where they have not yet been built, because the public water supply system has a high level of coverage throughout the service area. We are always aiming for the infrastructure construction projects to be financed by grants from the European Union.
We are also focused on maintaining and improving existing systems (for water supply and drainage) in order to provide permanent, efficient and high-quality public water supply and public drainage services, to the satisfaction of water service users, ensuring sustainable development and a constant increase in the number of users.

| Interest | Međimurje waters is interested in participating in European collaborative projects focused on sustainable water management, climate resilience, and the modernization of water infrastructure. Our organization seeks partnerships with research institutions, municipalities, technology providers, and other water utilities to develop innovative solutions for improving water supply systems, wastewater treatment, and environmental protection.
Particular interest lies in pilot and demonstration projects related to digitalization of water services, smart monitoring systems, reduction of water losses, energy efficiency in water infrastructure, and adaptation to climate change impacts such as floods and droughts.
